Right from the start, the website is easy to use with great information about each of the oils they sell. Also the free shipping of orders over $45 is awesome. But upon receiving my order 2 days later, i was so very pleased to see that not only was my order in there (bubble wrapped and all) but there were free samples of other products to try. My favorite of all was the personalized note from Jill. I do a lot of online shopping and that was a first! I don't normally leave reviews or anything like that but I was so compelled by the kindness of the free samples and a personalized note that I just had to thank her!
I have bought the baby items in the past for a friend. My friend said that nothing else she ever used worked as well as those! It was awesome. We have also bought the cheeky baby which is just awesome. It says to put it on before going outside, but it also soothes the itching and burning of cold cheeks warming up after being outside too! :)
The service is also great! Any time I have had a question, she answers with a lot of knowledge and understanding about what I'm looking for!
