Excellent communication and always return calls.

My experience thus far has been very helpful. I wish their hours were more regular, i.e. Wednesdays from 9-noon.

Joke. What a joke!!!

Could have got a real layer for same fee

Oh and Disability Specialists, please don't bother apolozing or responding. It won't help. The public deserves to be informed. Thanks!

Something stinks... bad. Something fishy... and I am currently looking into what I can do. Filing every complaint possible. Including one against the judge. And man do I have some ground to stand on from all the researche and info I've gathered sharing this story with my doctors and googling things.

"Trust Our Experience" they say. Pfff.

3 years for them to monumentally screw up my hearing and then the "actual attourneys in Pennsylvania" found nothing unlawful in the judge's decision and told me to reapply.

Just found out they do not use real lawyers.

I don't. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Client numbers must be too high or something. Heard good in the past... even saw good. Same rep I had even. But apparently the judge had to "walk her throught the hearing" and that person won. I think she won because the judge saw how poorly she was represented by Disability Specialists!! Anyone agree?! Some experience, hmm... judge has to tell representative what to do.

I really like them and the person now her stuff

After being denied repeatedly for 3 years I couldn't possibly be more disappointed with my representation during my hearing. The judge was actually there in person. My "representative", however, sat on her laptop typing the entire hearing. Barely asked me any questions. I call and complain, come to find out she's a supervisor! Should have been cross examining and never did. I still don't know what their argument for my claim was in it's entirety because there was never contact in person until the hearing and only 10 minutes maybe "preparing".

The reasons the judge denied me were horribly biased and based on one provider I saw 2 times as opposed to the opinion of my Psychologist of about 6 years. But the "actual attourneys" at the firm in Pennsylvania saw nothing unlawful in her clearly biased and horribly degrading denial. She insults my practioners in it even. I thought she was an Administrative Law Judge not a person placed there to rip you to shreds and make you feel worthless based on one biased doctor's opinion. I knew that it wasn't right that she denied me, my doctors all cannot believe it. This is no ones fault, except the Disability Specialist's "representative's" poor representation... if you can even call it that.

If it were possible to give a "no star rating" I would. First but far least important... rude receptionist. Lacking in customer service skills majorly.
